With more than 25 years of experience across legal practice, conveyancing, and property, Vanessa brings a depth of knowledge that helps her clients feel supported and confident throughout their property journey.

 

She began her career in 1995 as a settlement clerk with Nguyen & Co Solicitors in Cabramatta, before moving into a more client‑focused role with Than & Co Solicitors in Bankstown.

 

From 2000, she spent 16 years as a senior paralegal in the conveyancing department at JA Buda & Associates, where she developed strong technical skills in property law and was responsible for running and completing the entire conveyancing matters independently.

 

Her experience also includes a period with the Commonwealth Department of Public Prosecutions as a legal support officer in the Counter‑Terrorism and People Smuggling division. After stepping away from conveyancing for a change of pace, she soon realised how much she missed the work, she later returned to the property and legal sector with renewed passion. She then spent four years as a senior property and leasing manager with Raine & Horne Cabramatta Commercial.
